Cerro Grande around 1980. Allan Edwards and his new business partner, Susan Bland, formed the property management and lettings company based in Cerro Grande. Shortly after, the real estate business was born.

Cerro Novo celebrated 35 years in the square outside our offices with over 450 of our Clients, Friends and Neighbours, Colleagues, Lawyers and Notaries, Council members, as well as many people who work with us in supporting our clients.

In 2021, Cerro Novo celebrated the happy milestone of 40 years of helping thousands of people of all nationalities to find their ideal properties here in the Algarve.

SAMANTHA BIRCH
Director of the Peta Birch Community Association
Samantha Birch has been the Director of the Peta Birch Community Association since its creation in 2013. The Association was created in the name of her late mother to continue her charitable work with children and animals. Peta Birch had been supporting the children of the Santa Casa de Misericordia de Albufeira for over 30 years. Since the charity was created, Samantha has directed the charity, raising donations to provide basic necessities to both the Pirilampos and Gaivota children’s homes, including clothes, shoes, Christmas presents, outings, medical, optical and dental care. The charity also supported animals and families for many years but now focuses on children. Before this, Sam has a background in charity creation, organisation and fundraising and currently works in a school.
