The Cerro Novo Real Estate Agency was formed in 1981 and is one of the longest established in the Algarve. We are a family owned company with the principle Directors being involved and working in the Algarve since the 1960's. The company has built up its reputation through sound and unbiased professional advice and assistance to both vendors and purchasers in all areas of property purchase and sale.
Our offices in Portugal are located in Cerro Grande, which is on the west side of Albufeira overlooking the harbour.  The original development was started in the 1960's by the family and was one of the first in the Algarve, with the fantastic location being very close to the old town of Albufeira, shops, beaches and also overlooking the new marina and sea.
Cerro Grande is also the centre point of the Algarve coastline and only 35 minutes to the airport of Faro, with excellent access to the EN125, the “Via do Infante” motorway to Spain and also the A2 motorway to Lisbon.
We specialize in the sale and resale of Plots, quality Villas and Apartments, and also commercial properties. We offer a friendly unpressured professional service in the purchase, advice on obtaining a mortgage, as well as a full after sales service. Cerro Novo is an overseas member of the National Association of Estate Agents, also a member of APEMIP (Portuguese national association of Real Estate Agents). We are founder members of the Algarve Property Group.
